High glycemic foods and dairy linked to acne

Spots and pimples are nature’s way of telling us we’re eating wrong foods.
I think most of us on low carb can testify to the fact that our skin is generally much better when we’re eating low carb and proper fats that nourish the skin in ways we can’t even imagine.
